Checklist of required documents for Delhi VAT Registration

The list of documents required for filing application for registration is as under:

1 DVAT Form 4 duly filled.[Need to be signed and stamped by authorized signatory of company.]

 

2 Proof of incorporation of applicant dealer.(MOA,AOA,COI)
3 PAN of authorized signatory signing the Registration Application Form.
4 Two self-addressed envelopes (Without stamps).
5 Form A duly filled for registration in CST.[Need to be signed and stamped by authorized signatory of company.]

 

6 Proof of Security (Bank Guarantee) of Rs. One Lakh. 
7 Stamp Paper of Rs. 500/- and Court Fee of Rs. 25/-
8 Proof of ownership of principle place of business.(Rent Agreement, MOU & NOC & Ownership proof),
9 Copy of passport of Authorized Signatory.
10 Copy of Permanent Account Number of Company allotted by the Income Tax Department.
11 Copy of last electricity bill (The bill should be in the name of the business and for the address specified as the main place of business in the registration form).
12 Details of main Bank Account of applicant dealer. (Only Bank Account No. needed)
13 Copy of identity proof of all directors of company.
14 Board Resolution for  authorization[Draft attached below in this post. Need to be printed on letterhead of company and signed and stamped by authorized signatory of company.]

 

15 Form 18, Form 32 along with challan
16 Affidavit for commencement of business[Draft attached below in this post. Need to be printed on Rs. 10/- stamp paper of company and signed by authorized signatory of company]
