MCA has extended the last date of XBRL filing to 15th February 2013 without any additional fee. Earlier it was scheduled for today. As per latest Circular No. 01/2013 dated 15th January 2013, time limit to file the financial statements in the XBRL mode without any additional fee has been extended up to 15th February 2013 or with in 30 days from the due date of AGM whichever is later.
